President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of Enduring Resources since inception. He was the co-founding officer of Westport Resources Corporation (NYSE: WRC) and President and COO from 1991 to 2004 through its merger with Kerr-McGee, which is now Anadarko (NYSE:APC). Prior to Westport, Mr. Whitham worked extensively in the upstream U.S., international and offshore energy industry in project planning, development and operations. Mr. Whitham serves on the Board of Directors of Ensign Energy Services (TSE: ESI) and Intrepid Mining Incorporated (NYSE: IPI). Mr. Whitham earned a B.S. in Engineering with PE and a M.S. in Economics from the Colorado School of Mines.
Vice President of Engineering since inception. Mr. Bess was one of the founding principles of Enduring Resources. Prior to joining Enduring, Mr. Bess was Vice President of Engineering for Westport Resources Corporation from May 1998 to June 2004. From 1981 to 1998, he held various engineering positions with Petro-Lewis Corp, Energy Investment Management, General Royalty Companies and General Atlantic Resources/UMC Petroleum Corp., as well as various consulting assignments. Mr. Bess holds a B.S. in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Missouri – Rolla.
Vice President of Land since October 2004. Prior to joining Enduring, Mr. Campbell was Vice President and Executive Vice President for Aspect Resources, LLC from August 1996 until December 2001 and Vice President for Aspect Energy, LLC from January 2001 until June 2004. From 1980 until 1996, Mr. Campbell held various land and managerial positions with Texas Oil and Gas Corporation (aka TXO Production Corp.) and Lario Oil & Gas Company. Mr. Campbell holds a B.A. in History and Business, and an M.B.A. from Colorado State University.
Vice President of Finance since April 2012. Prior to joining Enduring, Mr. Redmond was Vice President, Corporate Planning and Investor Relations for Forest Oil Corporation from December 2009 until April 2012. While at Forest, Mr. Redmond held various positions of increasing responsibility from June 2003 to December 2009. Mr. Redmond worked for Arthur Andersen LLP from May 1997 to June 2002 and for KPMG LLP from June 2002 to June 2003 as a member of their audit and business advisory practices. Mr. Redmond holds a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Denver.
